Yes: A taskforce has already been developed and is working to improve public transportation in Allegany county. Our commitee will correspond with the taskforce in regards to improvements for students, staff, and faculty of the university. New or improved public transportation will be announced and advertised towards university students and personnel. Also, public transportation already in place will be monitored and more efficiently advertised towards students and staff in hopes to improve use.

5. Within one year of signing this document, begin purchasing or producing at least 15% of our institution's electricity consumption from renewable sources.

No: Through NYSEG, we can pay for a certain amount of our electricity to come from wind power. After determining our annual electricity consumption, necessary purchase for 15% will be determined and purchased.

6. Establish a policy or a committee that supports climate and sustainability shareholder proposals at companies where our institution's endowment is invested.
