Description In September 2007, former President Robert Shelton affirmed the University's commitment to sustainability by establishing the Campus Sustainability Committee. In June 2010 a transition team was established to transform Campus Sustainability given new funding and the anticipation of additional programs. The Transition team recommended establishing a presidential advisory council, a central office of sustainability, and a committee to manage a sustainability fund.
