Yes: Cache valley has severe air quality problems during winter inversions. Cache Valley Transit District and Aggie Shuttle both provide fare free bus transportation. The university's Aggie Shuttle buses run on natural gas. The Aggie Shuttle is running in 2013 at full capacity.
